The standout of the 2023 sale bulls, Oates has always been a step above the rest of his stablemates in weight for age.

A bull with immense length, depth, thickness, sire appeal, masculinity, great angle of shoulder, great underline and a fantastic personality, this is a bull that we think a great deal of.

Oates is everything that typifies a true standout stud sire and one that will definitely stamp his mark on any herd he enters into.

Octavian is a bull who will grow into a tremendously powerful sire. He is the full package - length, depth, good spring of rib, excellent sheath and is extremely thick.

Another PP son of Glenavon Woody, Opanas is a lovely soft, easy-doing calf. He has a very clean-polled, sirey head and sports a great outlook.

A very easy to handle bull, very fleshy and free-moving - the best is yet to come with this youngster.

Opanas would be the ideal bull to use over heifers.

At 8 years of age, his dam has produced a calf every year including heifers sold into commercial operations for breeding purposes. One registered bull has been retained in the Strathfield 9JE herd as a stud sire, a stud heifer has been retained and Lola 15 is due to calve again.

The first son of Huntly Aristocrat to be put up at auction. (Aristocrat was the top price bull at the 2021 Highlands Droughtmaster Sale).

Sleek coated with a lovely clean polled head, he is a well balanced young sire with a great sheath.
The perfect bull to put over maiden heifers.
Another matron of the herd, Cha Cha 65 is rising 11 years old and is another consistent performer. She has produced many herd bulls and commercial females, as well as a registered bull, a registered female and Paraquary. Back in calf again, she is due to calve by the end of 2023.
